At an expert hearing before the US Congress at the end of March, investigative journalist Ethan Gutmann and Matthew Robertson of the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation testified. Both have been involved with the Extent of organ harvesting and the Chinese government's cover-up tactics.
Since the end of the 1990s, Falun Gong in particular, but also Tibetans, Christians and increasingly Uighurs have become victims.
Several camp survivors noted that some prisoners were forced to wear colored armbands or vests after their blood test results. There was no obvious logic to the color grouping, only that they were in their late twenties and "healthy." (...) They were taken away in the middle of the night.
